Part 1 Fortunately I don't have to contend with numerous office party. Family dinners are not an issue. Typically this time of year is not an issue it is the Spring for me.

They announced on the show that this was the half way point in the show. My goal was to lost at least 10lbs by the end. My progress has seemed very slow but have lost 5lbs so far. Are you meeting the goals you set at the begin of this challenge. two sets done so far

I have been sick too. My weight loss has been slow .5 increments but they add up over time. What I learned from Michael Mosley is one minute burst of exercise as intense and fast as your able will help you get to your goal. That is why I love Melanie commercial challenge for us. 1 minute is better than none.

Made beds during commercial breaks. Sad to see Mike leave but he is kicking butt at home.

There is not going to be a finale on the 31st. This season isn't going to return until January 7, 2014.
