BY THE WAY, most protein bars contain collagen (aka gelatin), which is not a complete protein and can't be used as well as complete proteins(meats, milk products, etc.)

Coming from a broke 18 year old; Body Fortress whey protein from Walmart isn't all that bad. 2lbs for $15, I saw excellent muscle gains from it on my last bulk so it must work ok haha!

Whey & Casein protein powders ,Milk, eggs, tuna, olive oil mayo, GREEK YOGURT, chicken, oatmeal, wheat germ, and peanut butter are my staples... Then i'll Just pick up some other stuff that I see...

About 2-3 a day. The cholesterol in eggs won't harm you at all. All this "no fats" non-sense is ridiculous. Fats are essential for hormone production(no wonder everybody on here is so depressed :/). Btw, 2 eggs have 100% of your RDA of choline(:
