I have PCOS and have lost almost 60 pounds in the past. I gained 30 of that back, and now aim to lose 40. I HAVE to log,I have to stay near 1200 calories or I gain, and without logging, I underestimate portion sizes

MOST races will list the types of workouts you should be doing for their race, they'll list the kinds of movements you'll be doing (IE wall climbs, army crawls etc) Tough mudder has them!

I drank in Vegas for Thanksgiving (Because, Vegas, DUH) And NYE I had a major alcohol binge. I'm trying to do no alcohol until I hit my goal weight. So far so good :)

I must have a great immune system, because I pre make meals, freeze them, then toss them in the crock pot, meat and all. NEVER had a problem Also, slow cooker liners are THE BOMB

Personally, there are things I simply cannot have in my life, because I will eat them ALL. For me, that's poptarts, I had a terrible moment of weakness and bought a box, whole box gone in 24 hours...For some people, their 'thing' is cheesecake

Quick question, leaning towards the fitbit, but if I log my foods on MFP will they sync BACK to fitbit, or is it one way syncing?

My then fiance ended our engagement unceremoniously (via facebook no less!) I was devastated, and felt like no one could ever love me if A) I was overweight and B) If I didn't love me! I'm still single, but I lost 60 pounds, then gained 30 back, never ever EVER going to let myself get back to that highest weight!
