http://simputil.com/download/unitconverter.php That is a converter but there is no real way to measure how many grams in a tablespoon, since grams is a weight and tablespoons is a volume. A gram of rice is going to be less than a gram of marshmallows in sense of volume. Hope this helps!!!

I was in the same situation 2 weeks ago and I found one at Reebok that was awesome. I tried on the ones at Nike and New Balance and they did not have as much support. Just remember when you are trying them on to jump around in the dressing room!! I know that sounds silly but you have to know how its going to do! Good luck!!

I have had to give up most cheese. I am allowing myself the fat free kind in my sandwich but that is only because it doesnt taste as good. I am a die hard cheese-a-holic! There were times I would eat a whole package in a day but not anymore, I havent had a good piece of cheese in over 3 months.

I struggle daily to get over 1200 but I find that when I get closer to 1400 my scale moves. I find that 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on a half piece of honey wheat bread and a protein bar after my workout at night helps me get over the magic number. I am curious to that too. I downloaded Jeff Galloway's c25k this morning and I actually went and did it. Then I continued to walk for another 3 miles. I couldnt quite run but I decided to speed walk. I realized I need to go shopping for a sports bra before I can do the running so I am going for that this afternoon!

Where did you find them? I can not eat regular pasta due to having had gastric bypass and it makes me sick every time but these might be worth a shot!! I am always looking for the substitute for pasta!!

I use tofu (1/5th of package) 1 cup of mixed berries, 1 cup of skim milk, and a serving of whey protein or slim fast powder. If I dont have any tofu I use a nonfat plain yogurt in its place.

There is no harm in it at all, if you are going to go over in something protein is the one to go over in. I go over daily but keep my carbs down. You can adjust the amount by lowering your carbs and increasing your protein.

Go on EBAY and look up Billy Blanks Tae Bo! It is fantastic and when you do a 45 minute workout you burn over 800 calories!!! I found 6 of them for only $22 and that included the shipping.

I am never worried about being over in protein. I usually am before dinner too and I have a protein bar before bed. So I go over by a lot. You can adjust the percentages that you have, you can lower your carbs and up your protein.

Ok I looked at your breakfast for this morning. I noticed you are using a very high calorie bread. You might want to try Natures own light honey wheat its only 35 calories per slice. I also notices your sodium is high for breakfast which means you will have to add extra water to flush that out.
