I know Shakeology is ridiculously expensive. But personally, it is the only one I've ever had that tastes wonderful and fills me up. I love the chocolate and it really does keep you "regular"

Am drinking my tea. Didn't get home from coaching soccer until 7:15 so I had to eat past 7, but as of 8pm I have had nothing but hot green tea! Oct. 5, 2011 LNS-1 me-1 I have my nursing admittance exam tomorrow morning so tonight may be a rough night with all my studying! Hoping to stay strong and stay out of the pantry!

I LOVE running also! I always add it in on the cardio recovery days, or on the p90x yoga day, I get bored with the yoga sometimes!

I get bored too!! I'm currently in the middle of my first week of insanity. I have insanity and P90X but I may get turbofire soon. I'm in for a variety if you want!

Added you! Do you eat oatmeal? I love steel cut oats so I'm trying to keep those in. Also, for your fruit content which fruits do you normally pick? I know bananas are the worst for carbs and I normally add those to the protein shakes I drink. :/

Hi Everyone!! I've had a pretty good week so far. I've run a bunch and rode my bike, until I got a flat tire which was a major bummer!
