Easiest way to find out is to under estimate it eat the required calories for 2 weeks if you drop weight to quickly (more than 2lb per week) then move up in scale or add 200 calories. Ha ha well said. My last cheat meal (I have one very 2 weeks) was whole large pizza, chicken wings, garlic bread, chocolate ice-cream 5 beers and some nachos with cheese. Now that's a cheat!
