I am not a chef but I do cook some Filipino dishes. The kids especially like the soup based dishes like sinigang, tinola, nilaga... those are easy to cut the calories. I find that our food can also have high levels of sodium. I have replaced toyo to a low sodium version when I make adobo. No one can taste the difference.…

I'm still in and on D6 L2. I started late and took three days off. I'm mixing in Zumba and Tae Kwon Do. This workout really works!

thank goodness I am not the only one. I stopped for 2 days because of foot pain right at the base of my middle toe and the ball of my foot. Most of the pain is gone I hope I don't excacerbate it when I do D3 of Level 2 tonight. Keep on moving!!!
