I've had my Fitbit for over a year. I wear it 24/7 almost. It helps me track my steps and how much calories I burn during a workout. I also like the sleep feature so I know how I sleep during the night. I've lost 20lbs so far.... I don't think it has much to do with the Fitbit but it does help me track my exercise.

I've lost 20 since September but I also used to weigh 200lbs.... I'm down now to 130lb.... And I would like to lose ten more but it's more about toning up then losing weight. And I know gaining muscle will increase my weight...

I just bought a fairly good pair of running shoes actually. I learned my lesson when I tried running in converse once. Worst decision ever.
