My advice is to start juicing before your juice fast. Add a juice a day to your diet for a couple of weeks. This will allow you to get your routine down. I'm on day 6 of a juice fast. It's actually been pretty easy for me. I've been juicing for a couple of years mostly to get more veggies into my diet so my body was already used to juicing. I've never done a fast before though. I'm down 12lbs over the 6 days. I hope your fast is going well!
