It probably has that much because you put that you were active. If you are going to be burning some calories then yes, very easy to lose eating that much. I too an starting over and am back on MFP. It works if you stay with it. Good luck, and friend me if you'd like!

I was here and lost 52 pounds! Then gained every pound back. Then I was here and lost 30 pounds. Now I'm here to lose the 10 I've gained back again plus the others! I'm weighing in at 230 and would love to be around 180 (for starters)!

I loved BP and used my heart rate monitor to track. I would burn between 500-800 calories. It was a great workout but I would still do the bike/stairs/treadmill afterwards for more cardio.

Body pump class when possible (gym has it 3 nights a week, I can usually make it 1-2 times), techniques from the class when I can't, cardio (elliptical, stair machine, bike, etc.)

I don't know how to handle compliments. I blush. I shake my head no. I embarrassly say thank you. I always think to myself I shouldn't have gotten so big to need to lose so much. I too don't give myself as much credit as I deserve. I'm getting there though!
