  • Oh man this hit a note for me. I have suffered from 2 very serious eating disorders and I swear this was my life. Multiple times a day (that doesn't even make sense!) And it is so important to break that becaus eyour weight can fluctuate by pounds every day even from water! And it does not dictate your health! Trusssssst…
  • I think it's awesome that you and your mom are doing it together, you'll have someone there for support all the time. I'm overcoming a lot of eating problems myself and this seems to help, even tho I still slip up sometimes! Good luck :)
  • Thanks, I feel a lot better. I got back into eating healthy and every few hours today (I'd been sick mon and tues) and went back to the gym today. I worked a little harder than usual and feel a lot better. Thanks for all the advice :)
  • I've heard you are supposed to have one "cheat" meal a week to throw your body off so it doesn't get used to the regular healthy smaller meals, so that you can still lose, it thats true
