Ok, this is now officially my favorite thread. :p

Please don't eat less that 1200 calories a day. It's not sustainable at all, and it's not good for you. It sounds to me (Not a doctor!) that you are on the right track, other than eating too little. 23 pounds in 100 days is awesome! Any chance you could start seeing a different Doctor? Because this one sounds like a tool.

I like the king oscar sardines in mustard, I drain them, smash em up with half an avocado, a bit of minced red onion and celery and spread it on rye toast, or make a lettuce wrap. And I will be trying nutmeg with fish - that's interesting and I never would have thought of it :)

You are so bada$$ And this Chicago Whovian is super envious of the River Song meet. Just sayin :)

Kimchi is magical with a basted egg. Or in fried rice. Or cauliflower fried rice. On it's own. In a stir fry. It's also freakishly easy and fun to make your own, if you find you enjoy it :)

This week, in Introverts Unite....

I have a Charge 2, I've only had it a week but I am enjoying it so far. It's kind of like I am having little competitions with myself, which is weirdly fun. BUT - if I had known about the feature bolded above I would have mentioned the Fenix to my husband, rather than Fitbit. Heh... my husband wanted to get me a Satphone…

Is your Fitbit app telling you that is how many calories you have burned, or is it giving you that many additional calories when it syncs to MFP? Example - right now my sync is giving me an additional 373 calories from exercise, which includes my workouts + steps taken over the course of the day. But the Fitbit APP is…

I am a mead maker and it makes me sad to leave it on the shelf for now, but I love it and seeing the average calories made me sadder (and also explained the size of my keister). It will have more time to age, I suppose, and that's never a bad thing. Until then, I will guzzle gin and log it until I close my diary. If more…

Oh. Hell. No. If I was you I would make a new rule, effective immediately. Wanna eat? Buy your own bleeping food. Don't like the food that I am buying for YOU? Don't eat it! The end, love, your sister. Eta - I should have read the whole thread first. Good for you!

Memo received. I just met with the health coordinator at my gym to get rates for trainers. I'm a bit cash poor, what with the holidays coming up, but will be using YAYOG in the meantime. Once I have recovered from the spending spree I will be getting a trainer to teach me form for the 5 SL's. Looking forward to the bulk!

Do you have a mind to let someone else exploit the relationship? (Call me!!)

Gah, yes! They are so good! I try to take little tiny bites and let them melt away so I don't just unwrap them all and shove my face into the pile of em.

Hard salami and miracle whip with tostitos on rye. Grilled Peanut butter sandwiches. Ah man, I haven't had one of those in ages and now I need one. :) Ritz crackers dipped in sour cream.

Yay for Untrained slow cut! The interwebs have shown me I'm doing it right. *clicks heels*

I have mine set to sync.

I like to go in the morning before work. My Y is two miles from home and less than one mile from my office, so I am at the gym no later than 6:30 and out by 7:50 to start work at 8. I occasionally go after work, but I have a very easy time talking myself out of it after working all day, the morning is easier and more…

I think I like the IDEA of having people over more than the reality. I always want to plan little get togethers and stuff, and my husband says 'You know you are going to wish you hadn't decided to do this the day of, so let's just not, k?'

Jenna did it. She did it! Now - to our private spaces!! Away!!!

I use the Pacer app, but my calories burned are not that high. On 11/6, I took 11,333 steps and my calorie count was 393. On 11/16, steps were 4430, calories burned was 190. Maybe something is wonky in your settings? Or maybe it's just a difference in our sizes.

I don't know if this qualifies as my favorite food overall, but hands down, my favorite BITE of food is the first one I take of a piece of buttered rye toast dipped in runny egg yolk. HEAVEN. My husband literally stops eating when he knows I am about to take that first bite, because I grin and make 'yummy' noises every.…

You are not enjoying it. Stop it right now! Step away from the chips and pick up something you will enjoy. Step away from the chips, ma'am.

I'll be 44 in a couple of weeks. Wide open diary, feel free to add me :)
