Thanks for the suggestions everyone. :bigsmile: I ended up purchasing some ASICS Gel Cumulus 15's for $69.00. I believe they retailed for $115.00 so I think I got a pretty good deal. I ran them about 3 miles yesterday. The toe box seems a bit small, but overall I really like them.

What really helped me get to my goal weight was to completely eliminate alcohol, sugar and to focus on cardio. If you need a energy shot before a workout drink some tea with honey and have a banana. I have the s5 and it has not worked that well for me. You have to sit VERY still for it to pick up your heart rate. Its very frustrating when trying to reach your target rate.

Something that helped me in the beginning was to walk the flat roads and run up hills. If you can't run up the hills yet, just do a faster walk up them.
