  • I read that stir fries and salads after 2pm are the best way to go (,think lean protein and a colorful rainbow!. and 2 cups soup (with veg and bean and lean meat) or chili work great at lunch time.
  • I believe in mass confusion. eat between a range and exercise burning different range of calories so your body does not get too use to needing a certain amount of fuel for any given day.

  • you are by no means chunky. maybe give an idea of what you're eating that is too high in sugar...so you can get feedback on what you already like to eat. maybe you can modify how you are prepping it. honey and agave are both sweet and pretty good for you
  • Focus on one meal at a time. Get out those measuring cups and follow the serving sizes, every little bit helps. Then google the 7 minute scientific work out you only need a chair or steps.
