Trying to stay motivated is a real challenge. I would like to read any suggestions for shifting here last few pounds. That goal is in sight!

I love beer too but have cut back since I began this weightless journey. I like a bottle or two at the weekends to relax. I appreciate it now that its limited. Find a low calorie beer and fit it into your calorie allowances when you want to indulge :)

I started here in September with a goal to lose 16lbs by Christmas. I reached my goal last week. And am setting a new goal to lose another 7lbs by march 2014. These last 7 pounds will be difficult to shift but I'm allowing lots of time to achieve it. Congrats of your weightless, you look fab :)

I'm 5'6 Starting weight was 138. It's taken 3 months to slowly reduce to 126 today. I'm on 1280 calories per day. I eat pretty much every food type I like but smaller portions. Before having children I was 118 and would like to achieve that in a few months time.

I find Pringles addictive.. It's so easy to keep going once you taste that first one! Be kind to yourself. One mistake won't ruin your motivation.. Keep going

5'6 CW 130 GW 126 I started 3 months ago at 140. Watching portions and gym once a week. I run around after two toddlers so I get lots of exercise day to day. 10 pounds in three months was a slow and steady reduction. I have a feeling the last four pounds will take weeks to shed. I was 120 before motherhood but I'd be very…

Looking good! Thats a wonderful achievement :)

I'm 5'6 and 130lbs. 125 is my goal weight. Before I had my two children I was 118 and a size 6/8 in jeans. Why do you feel like you need to shed 10 pounds?
-
Before I had children I had a very slim and toned tummy but it has the crease you speak of. It never bothered me, I have a long torso and its just a natural crease from bending or sitting. Once I put on weight it was no longer prominent. Your tummy is awesome. I hope to achieve such results in time :)

Wonderful achievement!

I dislike jeans. They lose stretch during the day and I'm always pulling them up. Yoga pants are my go to... Victoria secret has a great range. Very comfortable and flattering day to day

Well done and what an achievement! You look beautiful :)

If your goal is to lose 24lbs, then I would take the steps necessary to achieve it without diet pills... It's an achievable amount of weight to lose in a few months . Diet pills may be too drastic a method.

Very motivating, Thankyou!
