I am maintaining and have gained a little since settling into my new calorie allowance.. My measurements are the same so it doesn't impact my goals etc. I did initially lose a few extra pounds before declaring I had reached my goal. See where you feel comfortable in deciding that..

It took me over three months to lose under 3lbs when I got loser to my goal weight. It was very slow and demotivating. Keep pushing.. I would try to find a new fitness focus or try new fun ways to exercise. You look and feel good so those last few pounds will be a bonus when they finally go.

I could have written your post a few months ago when I reached my goal of 118lbs.. I still have flabby bits and wanted to lose a few more lbs to see if it would target those areas. It really didn't change it so I'm pretty content now and weight train and run because I love that feeling. My maintenance cals are 1750. It…

I had a 300 day streak and lost it while on vacation.. Back up to 60 now. This is the first time in my life I have been so consistent. I guess I felt a real need to shed those excess pounds. It has taken almost 1 year to lose 20lbs. Consistency was to only way to do it.

Congratulations!!

I has tests on a nodule too and it turned out to be non cancerous.. I wish you the best :)

It is a terrible feeling.. Time will ,Essen the pain. Turn your grief and pain into energy if you can. Walking outdoors with music on can help burn some stress and pass time. Try to stay busy. Watch movies you love and try to eat small amounts. I feel you, love can be so uplifting but devastating when it ends

I'm pretty much at my goal weight and feel fantastic! Before two pregnancies I was 118lbs and stayed there naturally over the years.. It's a comfortable weight for me and I can maintain it and still enjoy some treats :)

Yes this happens to me often.. It's not 2lb of fat. It's a fluctuation. Although its disheartening to see the scale go up, keep going and the next loss you make will boost your motivation!

I think at this point persistence will help sculpt your body.. A small deficit and working out will eventually help shed those last pockets of fat. I have slimmed down over the past 8 months but still have tummy and thigh fat that jiggles.. I am at my goal weight pretty much but am focusing on enjoying my workouts and…

I am working towards my first 5k, well done!

I really needed to hear this.. I am struggling with the program right now. Hoping for a break through soon! I will push on :)

I had 18lbs to lose and it took me over 8 months of constant deficit and exercise... It slowed down significantly towards the end, but keep pushing and you will succeed!

I've had days where I've had lots of treats and gone over my caloric allowance but they never had much impact on my weight loss journey. I really enjoy them and its a welcome reminder of how good some foods are and how I don't need to cut them out to still be successful!

You look great!

It has taken me since December to lose 4lbs as I near my goal. It has been so slow despite three intense workouts per week and a calorie deficit. I increased my intake to 1500 per day in hopes of a .5lb loss per week. I lost that per month. With persistence I did reach my goal and am nearing maintenance now. Shake up your…

5'6 here too :) I'm 117lbs and size 2/4 in pants and s/xs in shirts.

Try to appreciate your body as it is... You look good

What an achievement! You look great in a skirt :)

You reached your goal you should be proud! I do understand that you may attract new attention but its not negative. I feel energised, fit and healthy since I've lost weight. How about skinny jeans and a loose fitting shirt? There are many ways to dress your shape. I still don't have a flat tummy but consider myself slim. A…

I only wear perfume on special occasions when I make a big effort to be all around attractive! It certainly wouldn't be part of my daily routine. Your friends views are not the norm I would expect
-
Great advice already.. I have done this too and felt down about it. Your goal is still within reach. Start anew and this indulgence won't impact it :)
-
A nurse asked me if I was expecting again! It was the wake up I needed to start addressing my growing waistline. Rude nonetheless
-
I reached my goal but still had tummy fat that resisted all my best efforts.. I aim to lose a few more lbs to see if it will change my waist. If not than I will accept it and maintain

They changed the recipe recently and I no longer purchase it... Shame as it was my favourite for years

I overdid it too this weekend. I'm usually so disciplined.. I feel physically lethargic. All I can do now is drink lot of water and start afresh tomorrow. If you pick yourself up and eat at the usual deficit then you are back on your weightloss journey :)
-
This is also the small change That's made the most difference. No more grazing or finishing my children's leftovers :)

My last 10lbs took a long time to shed. It was even slower than a .5lb loss per week despite my best efforts to exercise and eat well. My body fought to hang on to the weight. Eventually I came closer to my goal. Persistence really is key and those last few pounds have really transformed my body. Finally my tummy fat has…

I have over eaten this weekend too. I'm bloated and feeling less energetic. I made myself go for a long walk but then returned to some choc cookies. Will be better tomorrow. I hope :)
