Beautiful! Congrats Gaining weight in pregnancy is just a natural journey... I've had two babies and my body has finally returned to per pregnancy weight.

Yes a chocolate bar a day... It fits into my calorie allowance and makes me happy :)

So slim! You look amazing!

What a difference 10lbs make!
-
A wonderful transformation Congrats on your success!

I've had a similar journey... I dance holding my two year old and chase my four year old around the park. It's taken four month to lose 14lbs, but the difference in my tummy area is fantastic. I held on to baby weight around my waist before this journey. Congrats on your success!

A lot of fluctuation but now that my eating has become more consistent I have gained 1lb. I overate but not excessively..

I have 5 pounds to go... Trying to find my way back to a disciplined calorie intake after the holiday hiatus. I'm ok with how I look but would love to wear a bikini this summer... I've been hiding away since the birth of my two children. It's time for mommie to shine lol

You have a life to live and enjoy too. This fitness and weightless journey is enhancing your lifestyle but there must be room for fun, indulgence and letting your hair down from time to time. I refuse to feel guilt for enjoying one drinks with friends, or dining out. These experiences are worth far more to me than staying…

Before having my two children 118lbs was a comfortable weight for me. I'm 5'6 in height. I have a few pounds to go but feel happy with my appearance so may never shed those last few pounds..

I ate out once this week and overrate. At my weekly weigh in I lost 1lb. I was expecting little to no loss. Very pleasantly surprised :)
-
What an achievement! You sound so motivated too!
-
So slim and very pretty! Well done :)
-
You look beautiful, well done!

I ate out today and went 1,000 cals over my target. But the food was delicious and I view it as a reward for all my efforts over the past few weeks. I haven't failed. I am living and enjoying myself with family and friends. Tomorrow I will get back to it :)

I am 4lbs away from my final goal. It has taken over 6 weeks to lose 2lbs so my weightless has slowed down considerably. It is by far the most difficult phase of my journey. I fear the holidays will put my goal on hold until the new year.. But I am very proud of how far I have come! It's exciting to see your goal in…

5'6 and after 10 lbs of weight loss I was wearing more figure hugging clothes so friends and family could tell there was a difference. My tummy didn't look 5 months pregnant anymore! I carried my excess weight in the tummy area...

6 pounds to go until my goal weight of 118lbs. I eat 1300 net calories for a .5lb weight loss per week, but it has slowed considerably. I hope to shed these 6 pounds by march 14. I'm 5'6 in height.
-
I'm currently at 126lbs at 5'6 My goal weight is 118... I was comfortable at that weight for years but gained after two pregnancies.
-
The last few pounds are difficult to shed. I am allowing myself a few weeks to achieve my final goal. The race to the finish is frustrating so I'm not going to stress anymore. Keep going and you will reach that final goal :)
-
You have slimmed down very noticeably, well done!!
-
What an accomplishment! Well done :)
-
Walking briskly with some good tunes is my favourite hour of the day... It's a good start towards consistent exercise :)
-
I am nearing my goal too and feel increased hunger... Upping your calorie intake will just slow the pace of your weightless. The final few pounds can be lost at a slower pace. Maybe .5 pounds per week, so you can enjoy some more food as the end of your weightless journey nears :)
-
Those pounds lost have really made a difference! Well done :)
-
Your waistline is awesome!
-
You are amazing. I cannot imagine the depth of your pain. You look fantastic. Such cute outfits!
-
After two babies I know that desire to fit into pre pregnancy clothing. The extra energy you will gain from a healthy eating and exercise plan will really help when your baby turns into a toddler :) Good luck on your journey :)

I love that my body is an achievement now, when before it was a disappointment. I could see the weight gain and felt powerless to stop it because I can't stick to a diet. Now as I've lost weight I feel comfortable in my skin. Clothes fit well and I walk a little taller be a use I'm proud of my achievements. Those 16lbs…
