I love walking because I can do it even if I'm tired and I generally feel good afterwards. but if I'm reallllly tired I just sleep :)

I am already in the habit of getting up early just because I got myself into the habit of waking up extremely early but there are some useful tips in this thread to make it easier! I listen to music to help me wake up :) and start off with lots of stretching

mostly low impact weight/cardio like yoga

I'm 5'4 and have been at about 98 pounds for a year. most of my staples are similar to others on here but I use a lot of coconut oil, I work out a lot.

I think long term of some medium low weight resistance type exercise like swimming and certain yoga positions help target specific areas

I agree that the most important part of a recovery plan is to have some kind of support team / affinity group. I am in recovery.

I will work out even when I'm sore, but I think it's really important to let your muscles recover too!

I count cleaning in my cardio too! It's really surprising how many calories are burned just doing normal day to day stuff!

whatever show I happen to be binge watching on netflix. right now I'm watching New Girl, I also liked American Horror Story, and House of Cards was awesome to watch, but specifically what I might watch during DINNER is probably PBS News Hour or some other news station.. it just depends I guess!

Not smoking cigarettes sounds like a good plan for stoptober. They are an appetite suppressant and such but I can have better work outs when I don't smoke thus I should be eating more anyway? I've already not had them for a few weeks and rarely smoke but I might as well stop completely

I am also a big fan of breakfast sandwiches, I very much so enjoy to use avocado. sometimes I just bake an egg inside an avocado sometimes I devil an egg with avocado toast with cream cheese and jam tastes good but it's very sweet toast with peanut butter is really good, breakfast is my favorite meal

I like to get most of my calories in earlier in the day but I generally like to eat something right before bed also (^_^;) yesterday that was at around 11pm...
