My weigh in this morning was 179.8. Here's to hoping it keeps going down. It seems like I've been stuck between 179.5 to 184.4 for the last two months or so. Very annoying! haha

I started at a 34.6 on the BMI chart. I'm currently at 30.5, so almost out of the "obese" category. I've been hovering around this weight for awhile now though, so I'm getting slightly frustrated. Stupid plateaus!

Forget Pandora. Spotify is where it's at. haha I just use the free version and it's still WAY better than Pandora. If I had the money right now, I'd upgrade though.

If I mess up really bad, I put it behind me and move on, knowing that slip ups happen. One day isn't going to be the end of the world as long as you get back to the grind the next day and don't make a habit of it.
