I'm a semi vegetarian, if there's such a thing. I believe, that vegetarians perform better, physically. A lot of research has gone into this, and vegetarians have more energy, and endurance at most tasks. After, three decades, I still dance to 6am lol

I wouldn't worry. You're building valuable muscle, and are probably in a better shape, now. I'll suggest you get the tapemeasure, and take notes. My overall measurements have decreased by two inches since Nov. No weightloss, as I yo yo depending on my activity levels. 1 pound, one week, is easily regained the next.

I buy unisex, which is a term used mainly for jeans, and my measurements where 32', 31' My measurement at the moment are 38', 31' which is the equivalent to a size 18, or 16 on the rear occasion. In Europe, I'm a size 44.

It is possible to copy your diary, for the next day, if you eat more or less the same. I found it to be very useful, as I eat the same breakfast every day.

Oh, and another thing. That stuff they calculate about how tall you'll be from how heavy you're at birth, is another gimmick. According to calculations, I should be 5'10 or more. I was a big baby, and still am lol, but turned out average for my height at 5'7. Just right for a female.
