Don't feed the trolls. It will damage your health.

Have you tried a farmshop, market or even a butcher? I find good old fashioned shopping is supporting local produce and is healthier in so many ways. With a bit of research, I am sure there's somewhere you can get a dead pig. Good luck.

Make friends with skinny people and learn.

:noway: have a medical, just to be on the safe side. Could be thyroid.

My research show that a low carb diet is not healthy. Carbs are energy and any athlete would perish if it wasn't for carbs. I am not an athlete but my aim is to re-gain my fitness level from a few years ago, in which carbs played a major part in my daily meal times. Plenty of rice, potatoes with hearty helpings of various…

I am sorry, but that is downright dangerous.

A pregnant female is sedentary and would eat a minimum of 2000 kcal a day. After birth, the weight will drop naturally as a lot of water/placenta is lost. Not to mention the babies :) I suggest you join the various new mother groups on MFP. I hope you'll get support there.

I have been following the wrong advice for 50 days on this site. A protein rich diet was making my liver work overtime. Today, I cut back on protein, and ate loads of vegetables to meet my daily allowance of 230 gram. I ate a whole avocado, and have not felt this energetic since I started on MFP. Carbs are energy, don't…

Shop was out of candy when I looked. The last bucket whent right in front of my eyes, to a woman who needed it urgently. Trick or treat!

It is 2500 kcal for men. 2000 kcal for women. MFP has given me 2010 kcal a day.

Go to bed, and have a full English in the morning, and a Sunday roast...tomorrow...!

I have just changed my settings to sedentary. I got a bit confused as I am logging every thing, including butt clenches.

Nice to see another newbie. I assume you are from Suffolk, UK, but can never be quite sure on here. The UK food library is diabolical, and my diary is a minefield with stuff that you should not eat. I am working hard to correct lazy food loggs where people have just added the approx kcal and nothing else :-(. It would be…

I think an under active thyroid is the obvious issue here.

I struggle with getting high kcal every day. If I add a tablespoon of olive oil, I usually go into red in the fat section. If I eat 1 banana and 4 dates it shows up red in the sugar section. Nuts will show red in the protein section, so to get as close as possible to 2000 kcal I consume a lot of carb like potatoes,…

Trying to do several plans at once is not going to make you loose weight any faster. Informing MFP that you expect to loose 1Lb a week will be a realistic target, and you'll see some results. Some common sense will go a long way. Good luck!

Some people don't like to go to bed on a full stomach.

Brief power walks are good.

I struggle to find 2000 kcal every day. More often than not, I give up at the 1800 mark.
-
Common sense!

Hey, and welcome to MFP. You have made the first step by joining MFP. MFP will calculate how much you need to consume every day, just to stay alive. You need to be honest with yourself and logg everything you eat, and don't forget your water. Remember, you are not on a diet and loosing more than 2Lb a week, is not…

Looks like the photos where taken on the same day!!!

MFP encourages healthy eating, and long term results. That's why we are on MFP. Right?

The only lifting I do is walking home with my 10kg grocery shopping, two-four times a week. A good 20min walk whilst pumping my arms. I have a sore left shoulder at the mo, but I think thats from doing 5x15 girly press ups against the wall three times a week.

Week 3- walk x 4 Total so far 24hours. Next month 48 hour challenge...

Anorexia nervousa, and binge eating at weekends is bullimia. All are eating disorder. But, in this thread we also have a 'mother' who starves her own daughter!!!???

Shoulders back, tummy and buttocks in. Walk in a straight line, whilst balancing a book on your head.

You are definately in the wrong job, if you love food with such passion.

Why don't you read the bloggs from the MFP team? I am sure they covered the topic only last week.
