May I just add that domesticated pets, can become diebetic as well.

Same as last year. Not to spend Christmas and New year with people who think, the holiday season is all about how much food and alcohol you can consume, as if your life depended on it.

I am about 180 pound and 5'8. I calculate my bodymass, and estimate how I burn kcal for each individual excercise. I have logged them all, under cardio in MFP personal library. As time progress, excercise will become more and more strenious, so a total change will happen to my routine. I am looking forward to this, as I am…

Everything becomes bigger. Not just your boobs.

This thread doesn't make sense.

Mac Donald's clever marketing tool was to introduce 'salads', in the hope that you would have 'fries with that'.

I start the day with a pint of warm water with lemon juice, this is 2 cups. Then I drink water before, and/or after a meal. I need to drink 10 a day, according to my body mass/weight. Water play an important part during weightloss for a number of reasons.

I eat 2000 kcal and I burn on average 800 kcal a day. Why complecate things?
-
I eat more than you do...so...maybe you should too. I burn 800 kcal or more a day.
-
Me too!
-
No need to snack if you ate properly on your lunch break.

Not another dum post :indifferent:

I've joined just short of 30 days, so nothing significant really. I hope to be able to do 200 sit ups by xmas, and by this time next year, I'll be back to my former self. I am in control, and that's all that matters.

Carrots are high in sugar, so 1 carrot is enough. There are so many other root vegetables that can be consumed with little or no sugar content.

Oops. I'll give it a go. Week 1 walk x 10 Week 2 walk x 10

Logg everything you eat after midnight as breakfast.

I do 30 min exc. every day, the moment I wake up. Just Google, 200 squats, and you'll find an app designed by a Swedish man, that you can logg the number of squats, push ups etc. It has helped me a great deal. I can now do 80 sit ups, and on my way to the same level I was two years ago. I also do silly things like running…
-
I don't eat anything that is not labeled with kcal content. I logg everything, and have discovered a cup of coffee varies, depending on what kind, and where it was bought. I learn something new every day.

I got addicted to collecting the Mc Donald toys. I wasn't interested in the 'food', and used to give the kid's meal to some poor homeless person.
-
I struggle to eat 2000 kcal every day. I have forgotten what hunger feels like.

I suggest you make an appointment to see your gp, to find out why your period is irregular. It is what I would've done without hesitation.

I drink half, washed down with a pint of water. The water keeps me hydrated, as well as it fills me up. Half a pint, is logged in as 220 kcal with plenty of carb and sugar to boot. The same goes for wine at 180 kcal a glass. Usually, I just have a coffee, followed by water.
-
I know logging everything you eat and do can simulate a millitary operation. I spend a lot of time logging, and double checking the data has been logged correctly. Cutting corners, by just guessing and estimating is not going to get you very far.
-
There's no right or wrong answer, in the same way that no two days are the same. Variety, is the spice of life.
-
Or you have all been subjects of a mild form of food poisoning.
-
So...one could possibly log it as intensive aerobics for five minutes.
-
My plastic credit card could do with surgery.

I don't understand the thread, and I don't understand the word binge.

Is this an advertisement?

If you feel dizzy, you should make an appointment to see your gp.
