Or, maybe you should take up competetive swimming, instead? The beard would have to go, though.

I'm 172cm and 87.3kg female of medium build. I burn more due to my weight and height. It's not rocket science :)

Don't have a plan except plenty of common sense, a high protein diet, good sensible footwear, and a backpack. So, you see it's not everyones cup of tea.

The stomach is not a problem as such. In women, we store the excess fat in this area, due to our hormones. Modern day society see it to be unattrative, when in fact it is the way women are designed. The roman's recognised the natural shapes in women, and thousands of sculptures have been made by romans portraying women…

Your diary is much like my own, except I eat back my exercise kcal. Protein intake is about 70-100g a day. Sugar is low. Carbs are moderate. The only thing, I'd suggest is a vitamin supplement. I take brewer's yeast, six tablets a day. It's packed with essential b vitamins, and helps the body to absorb nutrition better.…

I was told to avoid artificial sweeteners by my trainer, and as I have never been a great fan, I'm kind of glad. I use honey, whenever I need something sweet. Which, is generally only when I eat porridge oats.

Well, I completed week seven with flying colours. Week eight, however is starting off a bit slow, with it being another bank holiday. The weather is dismal, so can't be asked to venture outdoors today. Have mainly just played about indoors with my new toy- the soft ball. Ok, so I'm a big kid at heart lol and the stationary…

Yes. I always eat back my exercise kcal, except on days when I've burned more kcal than I physically can consume within a matter of hours. I exercise every day, so it takes a bit getting used to, as I more or less eat like a horse. Some people prefer to loose weight without exercise, but they run the risk of loosing…

I take protein shakes, for I have been advised to eat 70-100g of protein a day. I'm less bloated, and feel a lot more energetic. My carbs, follow naturally. Usually, 180-200g a day.

I have never played golf, even though my friends play. There's a lot of factors, that need to be taken into consideration in golf i. e. how many hours, how many miles walked, the weight of the person etc etc. www.dietandfitnesstoday.com/calories-burned-golfing.php

><This much in 8 months, as its taken me ages to educate myself on health and nutrition. I do some form of strenght training, or cardio every day. Would hate to end up with a kangaroo pouch, and bingo wings, for the rest of my life. Weightloss, is an added bonus, not a race. If, I was to go on a diet, I'd join…
