Welcome to MFP! I have a 2 year old son and I am trying to lose 10 lbs by Memorial Day. Good luck and you will lose the 10 pounds.

Congrats on the engagement. It will be helpful that you enjoy working out. Count your calories on MFP and develop a consistent work out routine. It may be horrible to start considering that you stated that you are a horrible dieter, but try doing it together or with a good friend or family member to stay on track. Good…

Yes it did and thank you.

I do not have the IUD, but I do have the Implanon and I had spotting for two weeks straight and it did start with pain. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

It depends if it is one or two people. For the regular games you do need some extra space, but if the tv is against the wall and you have a decent size space you should be okay. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I look forward to working out with everyone and yes it does work you out like no other. The challenges are fun too! Oh yeah Costco has the games and the kinect for a few dollars cheaper, but now a days that few dollars is a gallon of gas. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

Welcome! If you don't normally keep track of your calories try doing so now and see where you are at and make adjustments there.

Turkey burgers on sandwich thins with mustard and some veggies.

Are you plateuing out?

Congrats on your accomplishments!

I have heard of something similar to that, but it isn't the exact same thing. I would suggest weighing or measuring how much of the ingredients your are using for the calories if you can't find it.

Skinny Denise knows what she is talking about.

Try turkey burgers. You didn't specify if it was ground beef or turkey.

I must say to let it go and they must be jealous that they can't accomplish what you have.

Try fat free milk, nuts, dried fruit.

Maybe the one pieces that are covered in the front and not in the back.

Don't eat what you burn. Stick to the 1200 calories and it will melt off.

I'm not doing the 30 day shred but I will be doing the biggest loser workout on the xbox kinect. Good luck!

It is nice to see that you are comfortable in your own skin and not worried about what others think.

He's right. Work thorough the soreness and it will go away. You used that you haven't used in a while and make sure that you are doing adequete stretching after the workout.
-
Thank you everyone for your contributions. I tried the fat free pudding and it was good. I need to learn more self control still.

You will get the hang of it. Don't beat yourself up about it. Eat a chicken salad made from home. Yes, you will probably be over your calories, but it is vegetables and chicken. I'm sure that it is way better than the alternative.

I gained 45 lbs and my son is 2. I only have 15 lbs to go, but it hasn't been easy. My husband and I have been talking about having another baby next year so it is important for me to lose at least 30 to compensate. Don't starve yourself calorie wise especially if you are breastfeeding. Doctors say that it takes a year for…

I think that your plan is good for you. You realized not that you messed up, but that ate something that isn't the healthiest or best thing for you. Working out extra to burn those calories may help you remember that the next time you eat something that isn't great for your body how much harder that you will have to work.

I'm not an expert either, but I noticed in your diary that you eat the breakfast bars and snack bars everyday which have a crazy amount of sugar for such a small amount of food. Have you tried multi-grain cheerios with skim milk and a banana? Following the portion sizes of course. I also noticed that you are eating under…

I can relate to all that you are saying. It is my own personal belief that none if any of these people have experienced truly being overweight or even obese. This mountain that we are all climbing is very steep. You have already lost a great amount of weight and should be proud of that. If those people have been overweight…

I don't know, but when you find out let me know. I am addicted to chocolate and was wondering how did you do it?
