I was shocked that I lost the most percentage wise. I am going to have to kick it up a few notches so that I can win both categories. Congrats to everyone! We are one week closer to our goal.

I'm not much of a morning person either, but once I get into it I do pretty good.

I used to bbq all of my meat on Saturday and make my side dishes on Sunday. Then I pack it into meals before I go to bed and take one with me everyday. For lunch I would make a salad, soup or sandwich. My snacks would be like a fruit salad, nuts, whole grain crackers, and WATER! I hope that this will help.

Depending on the people that you are having fish is always good, but with the holiday around the corner chicken should be on sale. Salads are always good with an italian dressing. Making small changes like using brown rice for pilaf and plenty of fruits and veggies are good to have on hand.

I think depending on how long you have been drinking that amount of water it will take your body time to get used to that amount of water.

I hope that you see all of the support that is at your finger tips. We can all do this together including you. As another member said doing leg exercises is a start. Small steps to become big ones.

Have you thought about riding a bike for an hour or so, increasing your time at the gym by 30, or even volunteering some where to keep you busy and/or active.

Costco may carry them. I bought one at Applebee's and it was only 100 calories. Bethanny Frankel from the Real Housewives of New York made them famous.

I hope that we are alike in this department. Implants are not something that I would be interested in, but thanks. Victoria Secret is a great option, but once I'm done losing the weight then I will do so. Their bras are way too expensive for in between purchases.

I was doing good until I saw the skinny cow chocolate crispers on sale for $0.50. They were good and only 120 calories, but I am back on it.

After much debating I will do this with you. I've tried this before and only lasted 2 weeks until I crumbled under pressure.

I understand how you feel. I have tried numerous times to eliminate junk food from my diet and I have failed every time. My dilemma is that I have a 2 year old son and husband both you do not gain any weight with junk food like I do. I've been taking it a day at a time and sometimes even a craving at a time. That is a tough one. I would have to say no to the chips unless you know that you will be able to stop yourself after your limit. A salad, chicken or shrimp fajitas would be a better alternative or you could eat dinner at home and then have a beer.
