I just started 3 weeks ago and I LOVE it! I've gained 3 pounds since I started but my pants are looser in the thighs. It was a little discouraging at first but I was reminded how we are also building muscle in the routine so the numbers may not reflect what's going on.

Definitely #1 - being around others especially at work when you can't just avoid the smells is especially hard!
