Here's what my workout schedule looks like: Monday-chest and abs, Tuesday-Back, Wednesday-Legs, Thursday-Arms and abs, and Friday-shoulders. I take Saturday and Sunday off to let my body rest. Wow! I wish I could say I was under the 1200 calorie mark everyday. I'm over everyday by a couple hundred calories.
