Well all the sweat motivates me to push even more so I guess mentally it does work for me.
-
If it's one of those sweat belts then definitely yes! I use mine when I workout and it's usually soaked (gross, I know) by the time I'm done with my workout.

I just started on Monday and I'd love to join. Going straight through the 30 days doesn't sound like a bad idea!

5'7 and i'm currently between 143-144, mainly looking to firm up some areas but if I could drop another 10 or so lbs that would be great too!
-
I've lost 16 lbs since I bought my fitbit 4 months ago. That is in addition to eating healthier and exercising. I do find encouragement from it to do more things just to get more steps, so it has definitely been beneficial for me.

I'm starting today!

Count me in!

Wow, this thread is awesome! I've gave birth to 5 boys within a 7 year time-span. I'm about 5'7 and was 180 at my heaviest. I still have more to lose but I promise to have a success story to post here in 8 weeks!

I was just diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism a couple months ago and feel like I HAVE to eat even when i'm full to the point of exploding and always tired (probably from the eating but i'm tired regardless if I eat or not) just last week I had my blood work redone after being on thyroid meds for 6 weeks and now I have…

I'm about to start week 7 of T25, I too have never been able to finish workout programs so this will be a first for me. I started small, first goal was to finish week 1, then week 2 after that I knew if I didn't work out I would have wasted 2 weeks now I don't want to waste 6 weeks of work.
-
Wow! Definite change. I still have 5 weeks left, lost some pounds and inches but I can't see the difference. I'm definitely stronger and have developed a little firmness.
-
I'm in week 3. Started straight from doing no exercise at all. I also started eating more cautiously. Lost about 6 lbs and almost as many inches. As of last week I was 153 And Im 5' 7. Results vary from person to person but I'm happy so far :)

I hate mine some days. By the time I'm ready for bed I need a few hundred more steps to reach my goal for the day, so I run up and down my stairs until I reach my goal. It's definitely pushing me to do more.
-
Ok, after reading through every single page (thanks for the laughs), I'm tempted to download a photo from the internet of a nice fit woman who's body I aspire to have and use it as inspiration!
-
I just started as well, starting week 3 today. Approximately the same weight as you.
-
Wow! Great job!
-
I have a few dresses that "fit" but look terrible on me at the moment because of my weight. I hope to look great in them one day
-
I've had 2 c - sections so I worry that I might need one once I reach my goal weight. The photos have definitely eased my worries, great results! Although, I still have my fingers crossed.

Played Star Wars Galaxies for years, worked in tech support and is obsessed with Final Fantasy!

Sorry, hard to tell from the stars pic and I wasn't sure if I would be cheating by looking at your profile. Lol
-
125?
-
That's great, congrats! I love all the little things that motivate. Keep it up!
-
Like I'm looking at a fashion magazine!
-
I have a before picture but I need at least another 6 weeks until my after picture is ready. I hope to be as successful as the other posters! Great job!
-
190!
-
I just bought one as well and would love to compare with others. www.fitbit.com/user/2F53JS

I want to do it as well, planned on starting tonight but I can find something else to do until Monday!
-
This is exactly what I need, I've been struggling trying to get back on track on my own!
