Age: 36 Height: 5' 3" SW: 210 CW:161.6 GW: 130 (about a size 10 or smaller) I have put off a big wedding because I am not the size I want to be. We are having a small service and by next year I should be where I want to be and we will have that BIG FAT Italian/Country wedding I wanted.

I LOVE Walmart workout stuff. I work there and like FabCheeky a workout bra is a great investment. I got one at WalMart for about 15 or so. I am also a full time student and work part time so i know what a tight budget is. the have all kinds so shop around

I have to agree. Carbs are my worse. Being part Italian I grew up eating pasta at one grandparents house and on the other side of the family we had our potatoes. GRRRR. Than in the fruit that I love more Carbs, sometimes more than the pasta or potatoes.

I also have had the same problem I went to the dr. and they told me that I had over worked my tendions in my ankles and I had to take it easy on the ankles but not to stop my workout. Hope this helped. I would get it checked out

I have lost lbs but no where near as many cal burned as you. i am only at 3,245 burned. I think it is because of this website that I have lost so much. 11 lbs so far. I have female trainer and on easy Love MFP

Phase 2 workout 18 (easy) time: 45min burn: 271 AHR:125 bpm MHR: 161 bpm Also: Tracker for the week time: 3 min AHR: 145 bpm MHR: 160 bpm A lot of arm raises and they are sore. I can see my benifits paying off. Looking forward to tomorrow's exercise.

Morning All....had an ok workout...ankles still not letting me do a whole lot but did good. Workout 16 (easy):32 min, had to skip a few Burned:171 AHR:109 MHR:146 But will get better...Took me almost three years to finally getting in shape...Nothing is going to stop me (unless I brake something) LOL

I have the EA Sport Active 2 and it came with the HRM and I love it. knowing how many i am buring lets me know how well of an exercise I did.

I miss the most is Cake with my kids. We love birthday's and cake. I also miss having lots of Pasta.,....Being Italian It has been VERY VERY hard not to eat a big plate full. Tried the whole wheat pasta and did not like so i cut down.

I Bought the Gold Gym Aerobic Step and It has three different settings. It has the low, high and a rocker to help with balance. I love it it was just over $38. I love it

Ok everyone I am going on workout 14 on easy is there a way I can modify the workout Dr. orders. I have to stay off my feet HELP!!!!:sad:
