30 pounds. Seems lofty, but I have been logging here for 27 days and I have lost 21 pounds and hopefully that is higher as I am weighing in tomorrow:) I think I can do 30 by then...

This post makes me want to start a thread about weight/height/SIZES. It is crazy to me how different bodies are even at the same height/weight. I am currently 258 pounds and 5'11". I am in a loose size 16 at the moment. I have been 220 and been a size 12. It's really interesting to me how builds different so very much,

I am 5'11". Right now my goal weight is 200. At 200, I would likely be a size 10. I've been 220 and a size 12 and was happy there. If I get to 200 and want to readjust my ideal weight--I will. I am not looking for thin, I am looking for curvy and healthy. When I was 220--my doc was not remotely concerned.

Are you making sure you set your weight into your exercise machine when you program it each time? Most gym machines are pre-set for a 150 pound person. Naturally if you weigh more than that...you also burn more than that? MFP knows what you weigh so everything is based on your weight.

I don't view pizza or any food a "cheat" item, if I eat well, exercise and it does not put me over my calorie goal. My point was that I am not going to worry about being over... I am already exceeding what mfp says I should take in each day.

Yes, my food diary is extremely accurate. I log everything except calorie less drinks and I measure meticulously. In fact, when I can't measure I underestimate.
