I don't understand it either . I'm a female , who isn't a big fan of eating meat . But , I drink Whey Tech Pro 24 banana cream protein mixed with skim milk and a teaspoon of peanut butter. I always try to get some protein .

This just made me all the more siked for my first tough mudder :)))
