Pretty much never! I'm sure no one will take any notice of your unpainted toenails. The only reason I'd take a second look at someone feet/toes is if they were dirty or something!

It's great that you didn't purge. Move on, tommorow is another chance & you learn from your mistakes. Was not purging that food unusual for you? If so, then you ARE making positive steps forward. You won't gain weight from one day...just get back on track tommorow. Sorry, can't give you much advice. Hope you feel better…

Always have some houmous about! Good as a snack with so many things -carrot sticks, other veggie sticks, crackers, in a sandwich, with salads etc etc etc(& it's cheap too.)

I take no notice of my macros or protein intake. Oops, might pay more attention from now on. :D

I'm 5ft 1 & fluctuate between 105-114 lbs generally, when not dieting & just living a healthy lifestyle. No goal weight...just no heavier than that so when I'm on the higher end ill watch what I'm eating.
