They're almost exactly the same exercises as her DVDs, just grouped together differently. One day is cardio and the next day is strength. It's nice because the workouts are tailored to your fitness level and equipment on hand. Plus they're all under 30 minutes.

SW June 6: 256 6/16: 255 GW Christmas: 200 I actually gained a pound last week then lost two this week. I'm using the Jillian Michaels app (in addition to eating less junk) so hopefully I'll pick up some momentum.
