Yes! It is so worth it. Some days when you are more tired and don't push as hard you don't burn as much. This will tell you everyday what you have burned. The calories burned on this site can be way off! Go for it and good luck with your goals =)

Maybe you should try just one goal at a time. Work on one until you have it down and then move on. That is what we are all about, one goal for one week. Keep it simple. Hope this helps. It has been working great for us.

Made my goal and then some today and I still have this afternoon and tomorrow to workout. Miight up it to 400 for next week ;) I like to exercise some in the morning and then more in the afternoon or evening to keep the metabolism up. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and good job on your goals!

It is amazing how much this group has grown. Welcome everyone. I have been taking Mondays off from exercise because it is a busy day for me. I had the Gazelle Freestyle given to me. I use it at least 3 times a week. It has no resistance on it. You can use your body weight for resistance and give your arms a nice workout, but as far as the legs go there is not much. I do build up a sweat.
