Well my calorie amount is now down to 1000 a day (ish). is that enough? I do go to the gym but it doesn't have an upper body ergometer...a friend has mentioned boxing and circuit training, minus the squats and running bit. Thanks guys! much appreciated!x

I know how you feel. I've always exercised and watched what I've eaten but my mum doesn't understand it at all and is always giving me a hard time. To be fair though, I can't understand why she doesn't want to look after her body so I guess it's probably the same with your Dad? All I can advise on is keep going, 20lb loss…

I'm also getting married this year but I only have 3 months to go now! eek! This is really helpful to keep an eye on your weight, I hit my current weight about 3 months ago and haven't shifted anymore, probably as I'm down to an average of 1200 kcals a day and I don't think I can take it down any more.
