5'10", 215lbs, SW 230. Haven't bee under 200 in 5 years. I need help to exercise (cardio) and get to 165lbs. My first goal is 195. I'd like to be 175ish in March. Sugar/chocolate is my Achilles. Help! :#

Hi and welcome! I started at 225, and am now at 203.6. The support here really helps! I'm still trying to get excited about exercise, but the ability to log my food and actually see how many calories I eat really he Los keep me honest! Feel free to friend me, and best of luck. I'm actually doing a modified hcg, so it's more like 100-1200 daily. I just miss carbs and fats...

Totally understand! I've lost 25 as well, and for me the challenge is my body is just a smaller version of it's heavier self. Until I get down closer to my goal weight (within 15 lbs) my curves and hips/waist don't show up the way I want..,AND then there's firming everything up via exercise and weights for that sculpting.…
