Do you have access to the flavoured tunas out there? There is one by Sealord that I eat a lot; sundried tomatoes and olives. I imagine you could toss some sliced sundried tomatoes and olives with a tablespoonful of marinara sauce to make it yourself--great thrown over cabbage shreds or lettuce with cucumber and a drizzle…

Would he use a rebounder/mini-trampoline inside? He could walk, "skip rope"/jump, or run on it, and it absorbs the bulk of the impact. You can get them on Amazon with or without a safety bar that can be held onto for balance. I have a rebounder and keep it propped against the wall in the living room. I plop it down in…

Love this! Thank you!

I'm a fan of Zoodles; would love to try other veggies, but my GEFU spiralizer doesn't feel sturdy enough to handle them. Will have to keep an eye out for a Vegetti!

Chicken*, fish including canned tuna dumped on top of salad greens, shrimp, eggs*, cheese, and organic/free range venison or beef when I can find it really boost my protein (I have red meat a couple of times a week). I don't like protein shakes or would use those, but have put protein powder into my oatmeal for breakfast.…
