46 years young, I just started back on MFP a couple of weeks ago and I'm very motivated to get my weight down. Anyone here is welcome to add me for encouragement and support. This site has already helped me to increase my metabolism and keep my emotional eating in check.

Well done! I also have suffered from post natal depression after the births of my 3 boys, the third being the worst where I was put on medication that caused weight gain. Thank you for sharing, reading this has been inspirational for me as I am now off the meds and hope that I can achieve my weight loss goal. CHEERS!…

My doc has also just given me wellbutrin to try for this problem, can you please tell me why you stopped it. My PMDD gets so bad I will try anything that might help. I am also on Depo Provera but unsure if this is the right contraceptive for me. Add me for support if you would like some.

Hi, I've just started again, not sure why I gave up but hope to stay motivated this time.I have 3 sons and a father with dementia that depend on me so I need to get healthier to manage my stress level better.I would love some friend requests and also like people with an open food diary for ideas.
