Georgia here! Dr. told me about this app and I just got started on Friday! Got about 100 lbs. to loose :/ I knew I need to but did not realize how fast the weight gain happened over the last year. Gained about 40 lbs. Grandma days are coming in just a few weeks. I don't want to look like it :)
