It does every 10 pounds. So I wouldn't worry about it until it prompts you to see if you want to change it. It says something like "would you like MFP to re-evaluate your daily intake blah blah" and just hit yes. Congrats on your loss!

Awesome! Last week I put on my olllld size 20 jeans and they fit. I wore them with a size 2xl old navy v-neck and an oversized xl sweater. In september, I wore size 28 jeans and 4x tops, so I am slowlyyyy making my way down! :) Yes I know I have a longgg way to go.

When I really want something from a restaurant, I pull up the MFP app and look up the calories. I started last month at a 3x/4x comfortably shirts and a 2x strechy pants/ a 26 jeans and today I wore my jeans to classes and I had to practically hold them up! :) Longggg way to go but it was a definite NSV moment for me

That's kind of what I thought on the swimming thing, it seems way off, lol. I'm still not hitting 2130 calories a day which is more than okay with me, I just don't want to hurt things in the long run. Because while It'd be nice to lose more right away, I want to lose it all long term more.
