Well for me, I don't eat most of my exercise calories back because between the extra 500 calories I allow myself for breastfeeding, and the ~400 I burn a day exercising, I just don't have the appetite to want to eat 2100 calories a day. I do eat into my exercise calories though, but I'm only eating 1800 total or so a day.…

Same here. Lost about 30 lbs fairly quickly after giving birth in March of 2012 to my second but gained about 10 lbs back over the last year. :grumble:

Gluten free since Nov. 2010. My biggest symptom was a rash too. I had itchy hives for years until the diagnosis. I craved gluten for a while. Mostly pizza. But when I would slip and eat a slice it never tasted as good as I remembered and then I had to deal with the aftermath. Totally not worth it.

Gluten free here too. I log daily as well. Feel free to add. :)

You can go into your food diary and add 'breastfeeding' through the search function. It will deduct 250 to 500 calories depending on which you chose.

Sitting on my butt and stuffing my face. Lol. I went from having a very active, always on my feet kind of job to being a stay-at-home mom again. I didn't bother exercising and my portion sizes were out of control. I also never replaced my scale that broke back before I got pregnant so I wasn't even monitoring my weight. I…

Breastfeeding my 18 month old here. 5 feet tall and peaked at 144 lbs WHILE breastfeeding, ugh! I'd actually gotten down to 134 after giving birth (from 167 lbs) but within a year packed back on 10 pounds. My goal is 1200 cal a day to lose 30 pounds but adding the 500 breastfeeding puts it up to 1700. I originally only…

I WILL drink a Slim Fast-like shake at breakfast most days. Mainly because, between running around after my toddler and tween, I don't get much time for myself in the a.m. I've also never been a big eater in the morning. In fact, I've always skipped breakfast (which I realize is a 'no no') in the past due to the fact that…

I'm 5'0" and was 144 lbs at my heaviest (without being pregnant). I maxed out at 176 lbs briefly with my first pregnancy and somewhere around 167 lbs with my second.
