Hey VerityJane! I started at 250 about 6 weeks ago and am down 30lbs. I've been eating very clean, lots of veggies, smaller portions, And adding exersize each day as I get stronger. Put your mind to it, track those calories and you can do it!

1.) Movies/shows with animals being hurt make me cry. Movies/shows where people get hurt don't phase me/make me giggle. 2.) I sing. A lot. As long as no one can hear it. 2.) If my roomie puts the dishes away in the wrong place I have to fix it. Immediately.

Started W2D1 today. Not gonna lie, a little more challenging! I pushed my speed up a bit on my last run and tried to keep up that pace during running sections of today and I fell a little behind.
