haha yeah I unplugged my DVD player and then plugged it back in and it was fine. now I just have to actually exercise. I am really bad about it. I am glad everyone is doing good!

that is funny, my mom makes bbq sauce with Ketchup, diet coke and grape jelly. it is really good. of course for dinner tonight I am having a Herby turkey bagel sandwich from bruggers (560cal) but I have been waiting all day for it!

I don't know any doctor that would tell someone to stop exercising, cut back, slow down or change types yes but not stop. there are a lot of things that can cause you to stop having periods including your nutrition, however I would do some research on the web on my own if I were you.

I have read a few things that as far as weight loss goes walking is just as effective as running, and running is much harder on your bones and joints.

If dried herbs have calories? I have been making chicken salad the last couple of days, with grilled chicken, low fat mayo and dried basil, terrigon and chives. but I don't know the nutritional info on the herbs.

this totally explains why if I slip up for one day or a whole week my body goes right back to the same weight! it drives me crazy.

also if you regularly work out 3 times a week then you will have a higher resting metabolism and you are more active than if you don't so you need to eat more calories to burn anyway. then when you do work out it wants you to eat those because they are in addition to your higher kcal burn rate.

I'm still here, no one graduates in 4 years anymore right?!! but yeah it is so beautiful in Greensboro. I am a consumer, apparel, and retail studies major, with a business minor. They have some really good grad schools here though especially in the medical and science fields. You should def. come visit, campus is so pretty!

One thing I have learned is that is s not just a myth that Pilaties makes you taller. I don't know why but it does any where from an one inch to two inches. I got an inch taller when I did it regularly and I know that it made me feel taller and stronger.

yeah I think I am going to just leave it the same and try to eat more low cal high volume snacks on these days, like broccoli instead of 100 calorie packs. That way I will feel more full on the same amount of cals.
