I’m in. My biggest problem is the wine or whiskey at night. I’d say 5-6 nights I have a drink or two....I can lay off the snacks.... it’s the damn booze. My excuse is that I need it for my sanity 🤪

How can you say that those are NOT the looks of REAL athletes? Do you have any idea of how hard these 'Athletes' work to 1. obtain those physiques, 2. MAINTAIN those physiques?? I promise you...it's not easy. And for you to say that they are not real athletes is ignorance at it's best.
