I thought it tasted good however I just couldnt do the whole shake as a meal thing. It was not for me. It is very expensive IMO. I have seen people do great on it, but like I said not for me.

One of his more obscure movies was TheCutter and that was an intense movie! I loved all his films but my favorites would have been Dead Poets Society, and Patch Adams. I also loved Jack. Heck I can't think of any of his that I didn't like, well maybe Death to Smoochy...lol that one was out there!

My Hubby has lost 25 I have lost 59. I do not monitor everything he does just like he doesn't monitor me. We offer each other support and encouragement but thats it. Its working. Unless you have PCOS or other hormonal issues, in which case losing weight is incredibly hard. There is so much crap you have to go throughin order to get to a point where you can actually lose weight..

YES YES YES!!!!! Sodium is one of my worst enemies, on any given day it can cause up to a 9 pound difference for me! I am not even kidding!!
