I cant help but think you should be eating more than 1200 cals also. If you are an avtice person that is just not enough....on the subject though, lemon water helps me.....

Oh my gosh this!!!! I have been terrified of UNIFORMS all my life! Thankfully most of the places I have worked also employed other very large people LOL! So I was able to get the size I needed. Now the part I really hated??? TUCKING IN MY SHIRT!

OP you have to listen to your body. And your doctor. Sooo many of the lovely folks here on MFP try to come off as experts but I lost right at twenty pounds my first month really trying.
