If you have internet there are tons of free exercise videos. From easy to expert. Also Frozen veggies and shopping early in the morning (you will catch the marked down meat, Sundays and Tuesdays are the best days) Also brown rice and chicken breasts. Feel free to add me my starting weight was 412 I am currently at 323. :) I log religiously for the most part. I have fell of the wagon a time or two but have not experienced a major gain just incredibly slow loss at times.

Hi there feel free to add me. I log every single day. I have lost 88 pounds since May 31 2014. I do not do any crazy diets or anything like that. I eat regular food and exercise and drink lots of water! Hope this helps.

Welll, I sorta do that hahaha. I prepe every weekend and then portion out my food so that I can easily fill my lunchbox with good stuff.. but that is super cute!!!

OMG that looks like a super hard diet....Not for me. I love food too much. Honestly do not see the benefit other than jumpstarting weightloss. But just sounds too painful for me. Good luck.

I must confess to being totally intrigued by the Keto diet. I have a friend on here Named andy that used to be 500 pounds and has lost going on a 100 pounds doing keto, eating BACON Every dang day! That is a diet any one could love...unless you are a vegetarian...lol!

No they didnt say that specifically but several posts said the weight lost from low carb was just water weight. So my response was I have been doing low carb for roughly 6 months with occasional cheat meals and once in a while a complete all out carb fests. Yet I am still losing as soon as I eat on plan again.
