When I put on a cute new outfit and my husband had to do a double take! When you have been with the same man for 18 years its not often you can catch him by suprise! :) Also and realizing I could walk down stairs like a normal person instead of sidestepping because you cant see past your HUGE stomach!

Some people just have to be jerks honey. Let them be. You have to find what works for you. I dont always eat my exercise calories either. Usually a partial amount. :)

Frozen is great and I wouldnt worry about what you will lose, just don't overcook them. :) I try and buy bulk when veggies are on sale and freeze what I can.

Im having a really difficult time finding bras that fit too! :( I have lost a lot but I have what can only be referred to as "side boobs." I have no idea what to do about them. When I put the bra on I have to reach in with my hand and pull the mass forward to fill up the cups...ack! This is really a sad problem....

Thanks Everyone! I also have my one "fat" outfit that is literally just draping on me now. I am going to post one of those soon. I am now at 80lbs lost. My goall is 299 by January 1st. It will take some seriously hard work, but man do I want to get there!!!

Yes you will find many who are on that journey! I am as well I started at 412 and I am currently 337. I have not lost anything in two weeks! Am I giving up?? Hell NO! ANd yes LOG EVERYTHING! If you cheat on MFP logging you are only cheating yourself!!! I am not kidding. Yesterday I logged 5 m&m's!!!! You can do this!

I am with those who say less carbs. Yes if it fits in your macros you can eat it but carbs make diabetics hungry. ( I am a former type2 diabetic.) Go higher protien and fiber and complex carbs and you will find yourself much fuller and more satisfied. Unless you are boredom or emotional eating. I havent found a magic cure…
