Currently a size 12, down from size 18. Would love to lose a few more inches to be comfortably in the 10-12 range. My 12s still fit right now but a little more snug than before the holidays last month.

For the most part, I weigh before I cook. Sometimes, I forget though, in which I then weigh after I cook and subtract .5 ounces. Example: If my goal is to eat 8 oz of chicken but I forget to weigh before cooking, I only eat 7.5 ounces of the cooked meat.

I feel you on the sleep part. I don't have precious hours to spend in the morning on hair and makeup. I'm good to go, as is. :smile:

Thanks a lot! It's been a journey! It's taken me a little over a year. Started cleaning up my eating habits and doing an outdoor boot camp 3 days a week on August 1st of last year.

What I've learned is that sometimes when you know something is best for you, it is possible proceed without motivation by just making a choice. Sometimes, the motivation comes later. Why do you want to make a change? Maybe you should also do a little self-reflection and figure out why making a change is important to you.…
