I'm new too.. and we have similar goals... I am finding this site very helpful as well.... I like the visuals and how it calculates all of the nutrition and information ~ the charts and visuals are a great help as well. I also like that I can use it on my phone... and look up food etc. :)~ Good Luck to US!
